Modelling Green Production Process in the Natural Dyes Batik Industry Using Cleaner Production Options

Sustainable production policy has encouraged batik industry to switch synthetic dyes natural dyes. However, the process still brings negative impacts on environment as well humans. In order solve this problem, needs develop green model using cleaner options. The purpose of research is design for greening industry. was conducted in “Mbah Guru”. Mbah Guru located Lamongan, East Java. used a feasibility study by Pay Back Period (PBP). last decision making options Bayes Method assess and determine based technical, economical, environmental aspects. result showed that all are feasible. "Fertilizer from dyes" had shortest payback period 0,057 years "two steps washing processes" longest 0,92 years. highest criterion weight aspect 0.41 followed economical 0.35. “Natural wastewater reusing” became most priority will be more profitable if it able properly implement recommended improvements so impacts, both humans, can minimized.
